Love that bass! Love the quirky vocal style! So many nice textures! I heavily dig this! Makes me think of Little Dark Age.

Also, spicy sax go brrrr.

Are you on spotify or anything?

fearing responds:

Thank you mate! Glad you enjoyed it, I was vibing massively on some retro synth pop, it was a fun album to make :)

Not on any streaming services, other than bandcamp - under Yoko Temple. I definitely need to take a few hours out of my day to get some music on spotify. Thanks again for the support mate.

Okay, I have soft spot for music box styled music, but you do such a good job with it. This feels so reflective, like a lonely walk on a peer during a sleepless dawn. Authentic melancholy, but as the best poignant melancholic pieces are, tinged with a dash of hope. It's sad, but not resigned.

Five stars, a favorite, and a follow for sure.

Burner98 responds:

Wow, thanks for this amazing comment !

Wow. I REALLY love this. You've created SUCH a strong feeling here. What of my favorite pieces I've heard on Newgrounds! This is pretty damn perfect. Five stars, favorited, and followed!

Seriously good stuff.

LordAndiso responds:

This makes me so happy :DDD i hope you will enjoy my next songs as much as you did this one :) Thank you! <3

That was fun! The piano and lead synth felt just a little dry, but other than that, cool little tune! Five stars!

WoolyScarf responds:

When you mean dry, do you mean that it doesn't have very much reverb?

Thanks for reviewing! :D

I haaaaad to check out some of your metal stuff after listening to your recent submission, as I'm more of a metal head than an electronic guy. Not disappointed. Love that organ!

Oh shit this is really cool. Love the feel of that bass. Electronic music doesn't seem remotely outside of your arsenal hahaha. 5 stars, followed, and added to favorites.

Shiverwar responds:

I've dabbled in electronic music before, but it's typically not my cup of tea, so I'm actually really pleasantly surprised at how this came out. Thank you for your kind words!

Really like the lofi vocal production on this! Lyrically pretty dumb, but I am 100% about that. And that's quite a finale. Added to favorites!

I'll listen again with my studio headphones, but this was really cool. Defiitely feeling a synthwave-jazz fusion as another commenter already pointed out.

wilidacious responds:

thank you!

great energy!

That bass is spicy. And lots of cool stuff going on with those synths! Awesome feel. Added to favorites!

Self-produced bedroom indie artist. Released my first demo album in 2019 and just released my follow up EP "Moloch Eats Connecticut". My next album is set for release sometime this coming May.
